Why Hybrid?

Hybrid cycles combine different features of mountain and road bikes to provide a multipurpose bicycle. Like mountain bikes they have a wide gear ratio and upright straight handlebars.

They also share the narrow tyres, more suitable for riding on the road and often feature large road cycle wheels to make commuting less exhausting.

Why Road?

Road bikes offer a great speed advantage over all other bikes. They are designed for smooth flat surfaces and are made for performance before comfort. However, given the advances of materials and geometries, you can enjoy hours in the saddle comfortably.

We have professionally trained bike fitters who are able to make sure you can do the mileage problem free.

Why Folding?

If part of your journey is on a train then a folding bike is a must! As trains continue to reduce the number of bikes allowed, a folding bicycle navigates around this issue nicely.

The average weight of a folding cycle is being reduced all the time and the folding mechanisms get simpler. They also store neatly under your desk.

Why Single Speed?

There is a large range of single speed bikes that, as the name suggests, only have one gear. Unlike full fixed gear bikes they have freewheels, meaning you are able to stop pedaling while the rear wheel still spins. Single speed bikes tend to be very popular with commuters as on the trip to work the last thing that a rider needs is to have the gears go wrong. By only having one gear, the chances of mechanical failure are greatly reduced.
